JUST NEED MOTIVATION?
I CAN HELP...
-
Do you want to get fitter and healthier but can’t find the time or motivation?
-
Does fitness seem like something you’d like but just can’t fit in?
-
Do you struggle with weight and feel you need to diet first?

Yes?
Then you’re in the right place.

Finding the motivation to do something like fitness training can be hard, particularly when you’ve already got a busy life and it can often feel like just something else you should be doing but aren’t.
But, don’t worry I’ve got loads of ways to get you motivated, feeling positive and well on your way to achieving those goals you thought were impossible and not only improve your health but your positivity and the way you feel too.
You’re not alone in feeling this way, many people come to me after putting it off for years because they think they’re either too unfit, too overweight, too tired, too busy or any other reason that’s prevented them from coming along. What they all say when they do come is they wish they’d done it years ago.

No one ever says they hate being fitter, healthier and having more energy.
Some clients have many people depending on them, they are the person others turn to for help, but they never have time to take care of themselves. Now they make appointments for their own fitness.
Yes they actually diarise their time.
Investing this time in themselves gives them more energy, better stress management and makes them better at helping those who rely on them.

In my own training I have always competed to give me something to aim for, to keep me motivated. Motivation can come and go so competition has kept me training regularly. I know how it feels when motivation wains and so I know what it takes to get people back in the game…

Diarising your fitness appointments is just one way of keeping yourself on your fitness journey, building habits like packing your gym bag and having it in the car so you go on the way home from work, or having your gym clothes out and ready to change into when you get in from work, your gym bag at the front door ready to grab.
